The Institute for Bioethics and Health Policy has established relationships and undertaken projects with a variety of organizations, including:

  • World Health Organization (WHO) A WHO Collaborating Centre in Ethics and Global Health Policy, UM's Institute for Bioethics hosted a special international consultation on "Big Data and Artificial Intelligence for Achieving Universal Health Coverage."   • North American Center for the Study of Ethics and Health Information Technology (NACEHIT)  A nonpartisan academic and professional collaboration between the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine Institute for Bioethics and Health Policy and the Indiana University School of Medicine Center for Bioethics. Learn more.
  • European Centre for the Study of Ethics, Law and Governance in Health Information Technology (ECELGHIT) A partner to the North American Center for the Study of Ethics and Health Information Technology, ECELGHIT sponsors biennial workshops and supports other projects. Learn more.
